【岗位职责】 [Responsibilities]

从事高水平基础和临床相关研究，开展原创性理论与实践问题研究或关键技术攻关，提高学科的国内外学术影响力。 Engage in high-level basic and clinical research, conduct original theoretical and practical research or tackle key technological challenges, enhance the academic influence of the discipline domestically and internationally.

【基本条件】 [Basic Requirements]

1. 特聘研究员年龄不超过40周岁，特聘副研究员不超过37周岁； Special-term researcher age not exceeding 40, special-term associate researcher not exceeding 37;
2. 博士学位，具有博士后研究工作经历； Doctoral degree with postdoctoral research experience;
3. 有神经科学领域，生物信息学，或者表观遗传学研究经验者优先； Priority given to those with experience in neuroscience, bioinformatics, or epigenetics research;
4. 以第一或通讯作者在相关领域发表至少1篇高水平文章； Published at least 1 high-level article as first or corresponding author in relevant fields;

3. 具有较强的英文能力，能够独立撰写英文论文。 Strong English ability, capable of independently writing English papers.

1. 近3年取得博士学位，或将于近期获得博士学位，欢迎二轮博士后入站； Doctoral degree obtained within the last 3 years, or about to obtain a doctoral degree; second-round postdocs are welcome;
2. 具有良好的英文阅读、听力、口语表达及英文论文撰写能力； Good English reading, listening, speaking, and academic writing skills;
3. 有较强的科研背景，以第一或通讯作者在相关领域发表高水平论文； Strong research background, published high-level papers as first or corresponding author in relevant fields;
4. 神经生物学、细胞分子生物学、遗传学，生物信息学等相关领域； Neurobiology, cell and molecular biology, genetics, bioinformatics or related fields;
5. 对科学研究具有较强的兴趣和热情，具有较强的独立工作能力，认真负责、积极主动、诚实守信、善于沟通，有团队合作精神。 Strong interest and passion for scientific research, strong independent working ability, responsible, proactive, honest, good communication skills, and team spirit.
